Covid-19 Safety Procedures at Contoured Beauty

RISK ASSESSMENT
The clinic has been risk assessed and has strict protocol in place to ensure safety at all times, for clients and staff.

Enhanced Clinic Protocols (ECP)
All staff have attended COVID-19 Health & Safety Online Training.

ATTENDANCE
Please do not arrive early or late. We have strict timings in place, to allow for extra measures and will message you to come in to your apt once the previous client has left.

PLEASE ARRIVE ALONE
Only one person will be permitted in to the treatment room. The waiting area will be out of bounds temporarily. We will be operating a strict one in, one out protocol. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please ensure you remain 2 metres away from other clients and staff inside the clinic,

STRICT HYGIENE
Clients and staff are to wash their hands thoroughly on arrival and use hand sanitiser before and after apts. As always, before and after each client, the clinic room and treatment space will be thoroughly sanitised and disinfected with medical grade detergents and anti-bacterial wipes.

CLINICAL WASTE DISPOSAL
We have always followed safe waste disposal of clinical waste & sharps, to avoid cross-contamination.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All clients and staff to wear disposable face masks (unless exempt). Staff will as always, wear single use plastic aprons and gloves. All beds and equipment is always covered with single use barriers.

PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Transfer, PayPal or Card payments are our preferred methods of payments as this minimises the risk of spreading infection from physical money, However, we still do also take cash if necessary. 

CONSULTATION & TREATMENT FORMS
All medical consent, consultation and treatment advice forms will be emailed to the address provided prior to apts, to save time and limit unnecessary contact.
