48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear customers,
Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
If you do not provide 48 hours notice of cancellation
We cannot fill the missed slot and so a £40 no show fee may be charged and paid upfront sessions will be lost
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- For appointments made within a 24-hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation/rescheduling policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Contoured Beauty’s policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Saturday Appointments
For appointments booked on Saturdays, a 50% deposit is required. This value is refundable when you cancel your appointment within the time frame mentioned above (at least 48 hours in advance). For more information, please contact the reception.
Confirmation Calls & Emails
As a courtesy, we will email/call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
